Services
Archie's Exteriors provides exterior lighting installation, seasonal holiday lighting, permanent lighting, and related services as described in your written estimate. The scope of each project will be confirmed before work begins.
Estimates and Pricing
Quotes are provided based on the information available at the time of inspection or consultation. Pricing may change if the scope of work changes, site conditions differ from those described, or additional materials are requested. We will communicate any material changes before proceeding.
Scheduling and Access
Customers agree to provide reasonable access to the property, working utilities, and a safe work area at the scheduled time. Weather, material availability, or circumstances outside our control may require us to reschedule. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you promptly.
Payment
Payment terms are set out in your estimate or invoice. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment is due upon completion of services. We accept the payment methods listed on your invoice. Late balances may be subject to reasonable collection costs.
Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for identifying underground utilities, communicating property restrictions, securing pets, and removing fragile items from work areas. We are not responsible for pre-existing conditions or damage caused by concealed, unsafe, or inaccurately represented conditions.
Warranties
We stand behind our workmanship and will address verified installation issues reported within the warranty period stated in your estimate. Product warranties, when applicable, are provided by the product manufacturer and may have separate terms and limitations.
Cancellation
Please provide as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule. Projects involving special-order materials may be subject to charges for materials already purchased or work already performed.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Archie's Exteriors is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability for a claim relating to services will not exceed the amount paid for the specific services giving rise to the claim.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. The current version will be posted on this page with its effective date. Your continued use of our services after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
